Wrestling

Our Wrestling program incorporates elements of both Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling techniques, as well as Submission Wrestling and Competition Grappling. One of the oldest sports in history, Wrestling is an Olympic sport in which participants aim to throw and pin their opponent to the mat.
A typical Wrestling class will teach you skills in balance, base and all aspects of takedowns and takedown defence. It is a great sport to learn on its own, or as an essential component of MMA training.
Wrestling maintains an emphasis on conditioning for explosive movement, functional strength and stamina. 
Our classes are suited to all skill levels, from the beginner to the experienced wrestler.
